After she quit Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, actress Hina Khan hit the gym with a vengeance. She devoted herself to the goal of attaining a fitter body with immense diligence. Many said it was part of her prep for Khatron Ke Khiladi but Hina religiously followed her workout in Bigg Boss as well. Her gym routine is quite intensive. She starts with a warm up of stretching exercises and ends with a cool down session. Hina does a lot of TRX exercises that include push-up, mountain climber, squats and lunges done with TRX straps. Hina is very inspired by Neetu Kapoor, who is fab at 60. The TV diva does a lot of exercises to strengthen her core muscles, legs, glute muscles and so on. She is also into Yoga.
