Golmaal 3 was the second highest grossing film of 2010. Since then we were eagerly waiting for Rohit Shetty to return with the next installment in the franchise. The wait is close to being over as Golmaal Again is in the making. We have been getting regular updates about the development of the comedy film starring Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, and also, amongst the new members, Parineeti Chopra, Tabu. The latest update is that yet another cast member has returned to the series after 7 long years. And he is going to, once again, play the most menacing villain of the Golmaal universe. The film’s official handle shared a mysterious photo, and left the fans guessing about the new old addition.

The picture features the entire cast sitting with their shades on, a smile on their faces, staring at man with his back turned to the camera. The giveaway is the mysterious man’s jacket which has a cobra embroidered on it, and also the words cobras. Now that is enough hint, right? Vrajesh Hirjee is back to Golmaal. And seems like he is playing the character that he played in the first film. Yep, the comical yet menacing villain, Pandurang, who is singlehandedly was enough to take down all four lead characters. In the later parts of the series, he Vrajesh played various other characters.

We wonder what this character’s return from the film will bring along. The Golmal crew doesn’t look too bothered by Pandurang’s return though. Yea, take him lightly now. They will soon have to face his wrath.
Golmaal Again is currently in it’s second shooting schedule in Hyderabad. The crew wrapped up the first schedule three weeks back in Mumbai. We are so excited for Golmaal’s return.
