Sonakshi Sinha was born on June 2, 1987. She has completed her schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai and graduated in Fashion Designing from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, Mumbai. She was the cover girl of Maxim Magazine, India for the month of December, 2010. Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian Bollywood actress. She made her Bollywood debut with 2010’s Blockbuster hit “Dabangg” opposite Salman Khan, which went on to be the biggest hit of that year. She won the Filmfare Award for “Best Female Debut”. Later, she starred in some of Bollywood’s biggest hits including Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardar, Dabangg 2 and many more. She was seen in A R Murugadoss’s action thriller movie Akira and Abhinav Deo’s Force 2.
Sonakshi Sinha will soon be seen in a new project titled “Ittefaq” alongwith Sidharth Malhotra. It is the remake of the 1969 movie with the same title starring Rajesh Khanna and Nanda. The film is being produced by Red Chillies, Dharma and BR films.
She will also be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Namastey England, which is being directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and produced by Kriarj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Essel Vision Productions. Sonakshi will soon be seen playing the role of a journalist in upcoming flick Noor. Sunhil Sippy is directing the movie, which is an adaptation of Saba Imtiaz’s novel “Karachi, You’re Killing Me!”.
