Sara Ali Khan’s white-washed wardrobe has an astrological connection
Sara Ali Khan has got us drooling over white ensembles lately. The Simmba actress has given us some wardrobe-musts when she dazzled in her white chikan salwar-kameez, after she was flaunting her off-white gown and her all-white Nirma ad style kurta-pyjama. But did you notice a pattern there? Well, we did too. And her white-washed wardrobe got us thinking as to why is she so obsessed with the colour? Turns out she is not repeating the colour accidentally, but it is a deliberate move.
A little birdy tells us that Sara’s colour obsession is thanks to her family astrologer. Reportedly Sara’s stars are aligned in a certain manner at the moment and wearing whites will be beneficial for the actress in this phase. The colour is not the only advice Sara has been given. We’ve also learned that she has been advised to visit the Shani temple regularly to help her get through her current astrological phase.
Could this be an attempt to make sure her debut movie succeeds? After all, it is an important year for Sara as she steps into Bollywood opposite Ranveer Singh in Simmba. The Rohit Shetty directorial is currently being filmed in Ramoji Rao Film City, in Hyderabad, and judging by several behind-the-scene pictures, the movie is already a blockbuster in the making.
But this wasn’t supposed to be Sara’s first movie. Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan’s daughter was supposed to kick-start her Bollywood career with Kedarnath, opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. But due to a producers’ tiff and change in production houses, the project has been delayed.
However, despite the colour constrain, Sara is rocking whites like no other actress in Bollywood. She has been adapting different shades and style of the rather versatile colour. Which of her recent white outfits have caught your attention?
