Salman Khan also shared his grief on Twitter over Vinod Khanna‘s demise. The actor posted a picture with the actor from Dabangg captioned,” R.I.P Vinod Khanna Sir . You will really be missed.” Salman has done quite a few movies with the late actor and got emotional when the news of his death broke out. The actor was not seen at the funeral but he ensured that he paid his respects to the actor and the family. Salman had last worked with Vinod Khanna in Dabangg 2. They had previously also worked in Wanted and a few other films. Bhai was busy with Da Bangg tour recently.
We wonder why the actor couldn’t make it to the funeral though. Salman did return from his tour back to Mumbai. But we do know how saddened the actor must be when he found out about this. There were surprisingly quite a few celebs who did not turn up to pay respects to the late actor. And Rishi Kapoor made sure he expressed his disappointment over this on social media with a series of tweets. Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna and few other celebrities were seen at Vinod Khanna’s funeral in Worli.

Well, Vinod Khanna will definitely be missed a lot. The actor had been battling bladder cancer for a very long time now before he finally gave up. He has been in and out of hospitals a lot so the news didn’t come as a shock to many. But we definitely did not expect this news so soon. Vinod Khanna is one of those actors who has delivered mind blowing performances right from his younger days. His role in Amar Akbar Anthony, Hera Pheri, Parvarish and so on are still one of our favourites.
