Priyanka Chopra, Manushi Chhillar and Urvashi Rautela’s not-so-stylish outings land them in worst dressed category this week.
It’s difficult for anyone to resonate with fashion 24×7. Your style is responsible for getting you all the attention, but that’s not the case every time. There are times when you fail to make an impact on the minds of others and end up securing a position in the worst dressed category. There’s a saying that goes, ‘Clothes aren’t going to change a world, but the women who wear it, will’. Unfortunately, the saying isn’t true in everyone’s case. There are celebs whose sartorial choices failed to strike a chord with us this week and some of them are repeat offenders. Joining the category of worst dressed this week are celebs like Priyanka Chopra, Karisma Kapoor, Urvashi Rautela, Manushi Chhillar and Tamannaah Bhatia. Let’s check their style offerings and understand what went wrong.
There are good days and then there are bad days in Priyanka Chopra’s style wardrobe. There are occasions when she stuns us with her fashion picks and other days, she makes us wonder if we really like her choices. Pairing a Fendi key hole neckline top with a leather skirt from Yigal Azrouel and matching pumps, she proved even she can make some disastrous outings at times, but there’s nothing wrong in that. It’s humane.
Urvashi Rautela is blessed with such a good body and a charming persona, that she should try flaunting it more often. And by flaunting we don’t mean opting for revealing clothes. Instead she can try and pick attires that accentuate her hot bod. The Krimson off shoulder dress that she opted for Hate Story 4 promotions is so damn boring and unflattering.
Pant suits can go wrong and ask Manushi Chhillar how! We were never really a fan of print on print trend for it makes the outfit look so gawdy. The Roberto Cavalli outfit was a huge disappointment and florals don’t always work.
Even black can make you look unflattering at times. Tamannaah Bhatia’s recent appearance is a proof of it. The Baahubali actress picked black separates from designer Nishka Lulla and the only question we want to ask her is WHY.
Karisma Kapoor tried giving a twist to a traditional saree, but didn’t really succeed at it. The monochrome creation by Anamika Khanna did very little to please our eyes and we bet all the fashion pundits in the world would second that.
