If you have missed the memo, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ roka ceremony is taking place at the Chopra residence and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that we’re dying for the pictures. while excitement is at the top, it has been reported that the families are keeping it a private ceremony before the big bash tonight where the duo will make it official. Having said that, family and relatives have started flocking and needless to say, cousin Parineeti Chopra has flown in to be her Mimi didi’ side on her big day.
Reportedly, Parineeti who was in Lucknow shooting for her film caught an early flight to attend the roka and engagement bash. A source said, “Parineeti has been shooting for Jabariya Jodi in Lucknow and as soon as PC informed her about the engagement, she spoke to the producers Balaji Motion Pictures to give her a day off to attend the event. Of course the producers immediately granted her request. Parineeti came back today morning to be with her sister. The source also added, “A very private family dinner has been planned by PC and family to celebrate the occasion. They want to keep things very private till the formal announcement.” And we can see where’s that coming from. Although, it is just family for the morning rituals, we’re excited to see who all from Bollywood will make it to the guest list for the bash. Watch this space for more updates.
