Esha Gupta, Sonam Kapoor and Hina Khan fashion outings are an eyesore
Fashion is not for everyone but there are stylists for just that reason. While money can’t buy you style, it can certainly help you hire a person who can tell you what to wear and what to avoid. And while celebs usually do that, sometimes it doesn’t work out for them and they end up in the worst dressed section of the week. Well, it happens to the best of them so there is nothing to worry about. As long as you work on it, take cues from the trends and trust your instincts, you can hardly go wrong with your attire. As most celebs will vouch, less is always more when it comes to fashion. But when you have choices, we understand that it must be easy to go overboard. As seems to be the case with celebs this week. Check out our list of fashion offenders of the week…
Sonam Kapoor

Trust us, it hurts us to feature Sonam Kapoor in our list of worst dressed celebs of the week. She is, after all, a fashionista and we have our hopes pinned on her when it comes to fashion. But this week, she seems to have gone a little overboard with experimentation. While we love the way she is styling her new look that she is sporting in The Zoya Factor, we don’t understand the need to wear such oversized androgynous clothes. While we are all for pushing boundaries and blurring the lines between men’s and women’s fashion, we are having a hard time with these brown monstrosities.
Hina Khan

Hina Khan’s mehendi coloured outfit is everything that ethnic nightmares are made of. Firstly, the silhouette isn’t flattering at all. It is frumpy and looks like an ill-fitting ensemble. While we like the wispy duppata that she is carrying, we are not really a fan of the colour combination. Orange with that shade of green…are you kidding me? Apart from the ensemble, Hina’s make-up and hair, too, isn’t anything worth writing home about. A little more thought could perhaps have lifted the look.
Esha Gupta

Just like Hina, Esha Gupta, too, went overboard with her ethnic wear. While she opted for an ensemble that was in a pretty shade of pink and we are completely in love with the colour, we don’t like what the silhouette does to her frame. While her styling is quite basic, with the jewellery and the bling on the outfit, it is all a little too much to take in, honestly. The light pink duppata, however, is for the win!
Raveena Tandon

Raveena is usually one of the safe dressers. While we don’t appreciate someone who doesn’t let us form an opinion of them from their style sense, we prefer it over those who make us cringe with their choice of outfits. Like Raveena did this one time. She paired a green satin top with a bright red skirt and we would really like to know as to what was she thinking. She would either have to be extremely happy to have opted for two such dark and bright colours or we have to assume that she got dressed in the dark.
Yami Gautam

Dear Yami, that ensemble belongs to the last year and it wants it back right now. Not only is it dated, it does nothing for the actress’ petite frame. Also why drape the jacket on the shoulders…why then have it in the first place? Also what’s with those wispy socks with sandals. To add insult to injury, Yami’s styling also was a complete mess and did nothing for her look.
