Priyanka Chopra celebrated Marathi National Award win of her production ‘Ventilator’ with cast, crew last night; throws bash for industry pals tonight
Hours after Priyanka Chopra’s maiden Marathi production, ‘Ventilator’, bagged three National Awards, mid-day had reported that she’d come down to Mumbai for celebrations. Last night, the actor-producer let her hair down at an intimate get-together with the film’s cast and crew as well as colleagues from her production house, Purple Pebble Pictures, at a Bandra hotspot.
Given that PeeCee is in party mode, catching up with close friends round the clock since her return to the city on Saturday, she will be hosting Bollywood’s who’s who at a grand bash in Juhu tonight. A source close to her says, “For Priyanka, the past year has been extremely rewarding; she wants to convey her gratitude to everyone who has supported her in her journey thus far. This will also be a good opportunity to meet and chill with several industry folk, all under one roof.”
Filmmakers Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Zoya Akhtar, Karan Johar, Ritesh Sidhwani, actors Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, cousin Parineeti Chopra are on the guest list. On the menu are a mix of Indian and continental dishes.
