Anushka was born on 7 November 1981 in Banglore, Karnataka. She completed her graduation in BCA from Mount Caramel College of Banglore University. She wished to do PG in Computer Science but has not fulfilled.She was also featured in television commercials. Apart from films and ads, she is a Yoga Instructor and has trained under yoga guru Bharat Thakur. She can speak in Tulu, Telugu, Tamil, English and Kannada languages.
