Anushka Sharma has not one but two reasons to celebrate today
Anushka Sharma has quite a few reasons to celebrate today. Firstly, she has made her way to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2018 list, which includes names of people who are reshaping their industries and changing Asia for better. And we say she totally she deserves this honour, considering the work that she has done at the movies recently. What a journey Anushka has had in the world of showbiz. The actress, who is currently 29, started her career as a model in 2007. She then made her acting debut in 2008 in the hugely successful Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, which won her a nomination in the Filmfare Award in the Best Female Debut category.
She has since acted in movies such as Band Baaja Baaraat, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, PK, Bombay Velvet, Dil Dhadakne Do, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Jab Harry Met Sejal. Not only an actress, Anushka, who is married to Indian cricket team captain, Virat Kohli is also a producer, who has made some brilliant films like NH10, Phillauri and more recently, Pari under her banner Clean Slate Films. She also starred in all three films.
Oh, and talking about Pari, the film released in Russia today, which is the another reason for Anushka to celebrate. “Super happy and exciting news guys ! Pari is releasing in Russia on April 19th,” read the caption on Anushka’s post she shared on Twitter to give her fans this happy news.

Anushka also has her own clothing line, which is called Nush. Talking about her upcoming films, she has a pretty interesting line-up. She stars in Yash Raj Films’ Sui Dhaaga opposite Varun Dhawan. And she also has Aanand L Rai’s Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
